How do sellers from Lithuania offer free international shipping on $5 items?
I see a lot of listings for products whose price does not exceed 5 US dollars from sellers from Lithuania. They are big sellers and have a huge feedback. My question is how do they offer free international shipping for many of their products whose price does not exceed 5 US dollars?
After calculating the cost of the item and eBay fees, there will be nothing significant left of the $5, so how do they offer free international shipping in addition to all that?

·2 years agoA lot of low-cost sellers are using counterfeit postage. Have you noticed those rolls of $66 USPS stamps selling on eBay for $15? It doesn't take a lot printing technology to produce really good fake stamps for next to nothing.
Also, some sellers have loss-leaders, using eBay as a way to build contact lists. With the item purchased, they include coupons and links to their own web sites.
