How do I refund shipping costs when shipping 2 listings together

A buyer has bought two sets of small toy cars from separate listings. These items are small enough I can ship all together in one box. How can I refund the buyer the cost of shipping of one of the listings?

I issue half the refund to each order. It protects me a little of there is a return for refund,

Once you combine both items in a package and get the label, you can add the tracking number to both items.

After that, follow these steps.

Issuing a refund

Locate the order in Seller Hub.
From the drop down menu, select Send refund.
Choose a reason for the refund.
Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
Enter the desired refund amount, and select Send refund.
