How do I get the receipt half of a USPS label to stop printing??

Question

I've been printing the USPS labels w/receipt that take up a whole piece of paper for years. I FINALLY have a label printer so I need to print only the 4x6 label portion, but I can find how to have eBay shipping generate the label without the receipt part! It used to be in shipping preferences. ðŸ˜

The receipt is only an option with 8x10 and, as mentioned above, with a label printer you'll want to use 4x6. See below for how to change label size @whitewolf .

I don't have a label printer, but looked it up with AI. Maybe this will help:

Method 1: Change "Printer and Label Receipt" Settings

Go to Seller Hub > Orders and select Purchase Shipping Label.
On the right-hand side of the screen, look for Order details and click Show more.
Click the Change link next to the current Print Format (it likely says "8 Â½ x 11" or similar).
A popup will appear. Select 4" x 6" as the label size.
Uncheck the box that says "Include packing slip" or "Add receipt and instructions".
Click Save.

Method 2: Adjust Settings in Print Dialog (If Step 1 Doesn't Work)

If the above settings do not immediately work, when you get to the final printer dialog box:

Set your printer to 4x6 (or thermal label printer).
Select Scale to Fit or Actual Size.
Select the range to print only Page 1 (to exclude the receipt).

Important Tips

Settings Save: Once you change to 4x6 and uncheck the receipt, eBay should remember this setting for future orders.
Format Type: Using PDF often provides the best result for thermal printers.
Use Desktop: It is highly recommended to do this on a computer, not the mobile app.
