How do I get 2nd payment for shipping?
I have a buyer bought a pair of shoes from me. After I shipped, later got returned due to vacant house. I contact the buyer, and she gave me another address to ship. I ask for 2nd payment of shipping fee, but don't know how she pay me. I have to ship the package thru USPS website, so it is a little more. Please help. Otherwise I think I have to return the money and relist the listing. Thank you.

·2 years agoAs you can tell from other responses, Ebay requires you ship to the address on the order and not to any other address.
As suggested, you should refund the cost of the order less the shipping charges.
I too would block the buyer since they are either incompetent or crooked by placing an order for the wrong address.

·2 years agoWould I ship something $100. to another address where buyer & original address do not match...no
If it was 2 bucks I would but not something at $100 plus shipping.
I would assume this buyer hasn't made any purchases...or has feedback?...for their packages are going to a "vacant house" all the time.
I would block the buyer and re-list the shoes. Less drama to deal with a sale. A sale should go smoothly without all the drama.

·2 years agoYou can refund minus the shipping and allow the buyer to pay again. Use the reason problem with buyer's address.

·2 years agoFor those $100 shoes and the first address was vacant? I would not reship. I would send a refund to the buyer for the item cost less original shipping and eBay fees. The I would relist the item and if buyer still wants they can make a new purchase unless you think they might be a scammer or a hacked account in which case you can block them.
