How do I find a label on ebay to send an item back.. says 'download' where?
Wanting to send something back in the UK.
Can only get help on phone for USA and Canada.!!!

for us here in the US, we open a return item case and if eligible, the seller provides a pre paid shipping label onto the case for the buyer to download, otherwise, it is on the buyer to provide their own return label
