How do I dispute rediculous back charges from Fedex?

Ebays pay and print shipping label said it would cost me 28.90$ to ship my package. I paid for it and printed it and shipped it. 2 weeks later they back charged my ebay account over 315.90$. Ebay wont help and fedex is blaming ebay and wont help. Does anyone know a good attorney or how to handle this? It is just not right and is thievery!!

I just got off the phone with eBay support regarding similar issues that Iâ€™ve been having with FedEx. They are the only carrier that has billed me back on eBay. eBay stated that this is a common issue and told

me to dispute it with them directly. Iâ€™ve decided that regardless of FedEx pricing, Iâ€™m DONE using them. I hope someone files a class-action suit against them.
