How can I bulk edit all of my USPS First Class active listings to the new USPS Ground Advantage?

I could not find a way on eBay to bulk update my listings with USPS First Class to the new USPS Ground Advantage. I saw that eBay was going to automatically update listings with USPS Ground shipping but no mention of whether First Class would also be automatically updated. Any help would be appreciated.

This is going to be a major problem, we have complained bitterly to ebay. Stores with hundreds to thousands of listings can not do this. And they are providing no help so far. Its a nightmare coming that could put many out of business. Someone at ebay better start listening.

If you are talking about the actual process of bulk editing. Select the listings which have 1st class mail option, or all listings, Then "Edit" from the drop down "Edit selected" then "Bulk Edit" then "Domestic shipping" then it all depends on whether ebay will have the ground advantage option on the 9th, then you would use "change to" option, or "remove,"you can also "add" several other options. I will first try only two listings to see how and if it works, so I don't create chaos.

I need a way to sort out my 1st class (versus Priority/media/parcel select) listings before I can even figure out if bulk will work. If this isn't a thing, then I'll be guessing on many listings.

I've got a tool working that will capture your shipping methods to a spreadsheet. That should let you sort and determine which listings are affected. It would certainly be better if eBay would provide the sort so that the items could be selected for bulk editing.

What I have found so far is that eBay is already labeling "USPS Parcel Select" as "USPS Parcel Select / Ground Advantage". So that much automation is already in place.

First Class Package will have to be relabeled by the seller.

The tool is still in development/debug. If you will private message me with what you need, I'll see if the tool can do something for you. I'm given an access limit of 5000 listings per day, so you can see it would not take many requests to fill the queue and reach that limit.

Messages from eBay staff have been inconsistent. Beginning on July 9, you should be able to convert your First Class package listings to Ground Advantage if it doesn't happen automatically.

Is the current consensus that we just have to all wait and see come July 9? Sure sounds like it to me. I'm pretty sure we are on our own in regards to FC to GA revisions.

Hereâ€™s what to expect on eBay beginning July 9th

Printing labels on eBay

Weâ€™ll update labels automatically. If you had a sale with First-Class Package or Parcel Select Ground, the label will print and display as USPS Ground Advantageâ„¢.
If you printed your label prior to July 9th, USPS will continue to accept packages with the previous services for a period of time.

Updating your listings on eBay

Ground Advantage will be available as a listing service on eBay beginning July 9th:

Listings with Parcel Select Ground will automatically be updated to reflect USPS Ground Advantage as the shipping service.
Only First-Class Package services are moving to Ground Advantage. First Class Mail for letters and envelopes will remain unchanged.
- If you ship with First Class Package, you will be able to update listings to USPS Ground Advantage over the next 30 days. Business policies will also need to be updated.
- If you ship letters and envelopes with First Class Mail, no changes will be required.

Listings with Retail Ground will need to be updated to USPS Ground Advantage.
