Hi, New issue popped up today. Combined shipping issues.
Today was the first time I have had an issue in combining shipments in 1 box. 2 different buyers each bought 3 items. Normally I would just pack all 3 items in 1 box and ship. Then copy the tracking # and upload it to the other 2 items since they all shipped together. Was unable to do it today as message from eBay stated the items were not going to the same buyer. (They were ) Tried again on another customer - same issue. Anyone else having this problem.

·7 months agoSounds like buyer is using guest checkout and buy it now instead of add to cart, which means a different userid is generated for each purchase which means you can't combine shipping.
I suggest following the advice to use bulk shipping instead of single labels in this situation as bulk shipping will tell you if the orders can be combined or not.

"If you’re shipping multiple orders to the same buyer in a single package, the Bulk Shipping Tool will indicate if the order can be combined. Simply select the Combine orders per buyer link and complete the label purchase. Tracking will be automatically uploaded to each order, and the value of the combined items will be assessed for any liability coverage included or added to the label purchase."

Were the purchases perhaps made as a "guest"?
Even going to the same buyer at the same address if, purchased as a "guest", the combine will not work.
