Not delivered as of July 13.
There is no delivery on Sundays.
If you are the buyer.
What is the last estimated date for delivery eBay gave you when you ordered?
Has that date passed?
If it has ,open an Item Not Received claim and get a refund.
Neither the seller nor eBay can do anything about USPS internal tracking or processing.
But both take responsibility for delivery within the promised delivery window.
You will be refunded.
If you are the Seller, do nothing until the customer complains. It is possible that the item has been delivered and the paperwork has not caught up.

·2 years agoUsually when a package gets caught in a loop between a couple of facilities like that, it means the label is somehow damaged or unscannable and so it keeps being sent to the wrong place as a result of the label damage.

·2 years agoThat wins for the longest tracking that i have ever seen. You need to print that and post it to your wall!
Not eBay's problem to deal with its USPS. Looks like their scanners have glitches or the item keeps going around in circles.

OP2 years agoIt is also ebays problem as they start banging your account with demerits and the star feedback system, as well as posting "est delivery dates" as well as any irritated buyer who may leave neg feedback...blaming the seller.

·2 years agoThe 'star' system is NOT a thing. You ONLY get a 'demerit' if you don't SHIP out on time. Feedback issue, you can have it reversed if the feedback talks about 'late delivery'.
Ebay didn't ship the item. The Seller did but they are NOT USPS so still not clear why you are addressing this to the site when it's the Delivery Company that has a problem.
Yes, ebay puts estimated delivery dates but if they put what the worse-case-scenario is just to make 'buyers' happy (since they have to put something) they would be telling a July 14 Sales will 'deliver' in September and sellers wouldn't sell anything.
