Here we go... Changes to the shipping label pages, and more new problems.
So now when I purchase a label the window that pops up with the download to print is blank with some gobbledyguk printed on it... Not my shipping label. So instead of just being able to print the label like a few days ago. Now I have to close out those windows and click "download label" just to actually get the window with the label to show up and be printable.
What gives? What did they change and why did it need to be changed? Why can't they just leave our utilitarian spaces ALONE!?
How long before this new glitch gets fixed? Or does somebody already know how to "fix" this?

·1 year agoI am assuming you are using Firefox, from which it opens a blank print page inside the browser with an additional "untitled" open PDF download at the purchase label initiation? It happens to me too.

·1 year agoThat's a settings issue can be corrected by changing the PDF settings inside Firefox.

·1 year agoI too noticed the new Shipping Label printing program. I think it is GREAT! Saves me some clicks. I used to go through 3 different windows, but now it is 1 click to print! Don't know why yours isn't working though.

·1 year agoI had to figure out to use the Download Label button today, too. I suspect this change is a long-term one and that we’ll get used to it. Hopefully the UI designers have done some testing and measured that this is clearer to most new sellers.
