Open the link below to read my accepted Best answer for the information you need to win an item not received dispute appeal or to go through ebay's Facebook or Twitter social media sites to get a refund.

You may also want to read the terms and time frames of eBay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) and save the link for future reference. Click on the buttons in the articel for further information as well

Since you seem to be a new member you need to check the feedback profile page of any seller you intend to buy from. You can do that by scrolling to near the bottom of a listing, below where you see the seller's username in a large font and some feedback comments there is an oval with See all feedback in it. Click on that button and on the page that opens there will be a box that shows the numbers of the three types of feedback a seller can receive. You can click on the numbers of negative and neutral feedback the seller has received to read only those comments. NEVER go by a seller's feedback percentage alone, even if they have a 100% rating.
Also avoid sellers who use U.S. flag symbols and mention being a U.S. seller prominently. Most of them are either registered in China (on their profile page) or drop ship from there. Also avoid buying from any high volume seller whose percentage is lower than 98.6%.

·2 years agoSometimes my Post Office accidentally does a delivery scan instead of an acceptance scan when I'm sending an order. Does tracking show any activity other than label created and tracking number provided prior to showing that the package was delivered, and was it delivered to the seller's post office or shipping center? If so, you should have nothing to fear, tracking updates should continue normally until you receive your package. There may be other reasons that your package went to the wrong address, but this is the scenario I'm familiar with as it's happened multiple times.
