Has EIS been turned off?
Summary: norskmediashop noted that EIS is grayed out in shipping options, causing issues with shipping to the UK. Although their account shows enrollment in EIS, it seems inactive when creating or editing listings. godzgirl1971 suggested that EIS might not be available due to restrictions on shipping certain items internationally.
Anyone else noticing EIS is now grayed out in the shipping options when you go to add an item or edit an active one? I checked the account and it still shows as being enrolled in EIS under preferences, however its not showing active within the listing creation or when going to edit like it use to. A customer even wrote and asked if we ship to the UK as if they aren't seeing the option now. I feel like its not showing up to customers which is not good. Noticed this started a couple days ago.

·3 weeks agoIf the item is not allowed to ship internationally, due to customs prohibited items, then shipping by EIS is not allowed. That is why its not triggered to show as available to be used
