Guam - isn't it US?
Sold a couple of DVDs. My ad has media mail rate. They sold to Guam and come to find ebay will only permit international mail rates. But Guam is a US territory. Should I just create an invoice with the cheapest international rate?

·3 years agoI second that. For a couple of DVDs the package is probably light enough to go First Class. I'd pay the few bucks for an upgrade because Southern is right - it will take forever for Media Mail to get to Guam.

OP3 years agoI don't even want to ship there (sorry Guam) because in the past I had to refund for non-delivery. At least on Amazon I was able to block the territories. I guess I should look into doing that here if possible.
The address is Guam with a US zip.

Obviously it's too late for this package.

·3 years agoMake sure the country is USA and the state is GU. If it's not, see if you can edit the address to do so. If you can't, or if that doesn't work, use Pirateship, Paypal or stamps.com to create a First Class (if light enough) or Priority label for USPS. If you use Media Mail postage, expect the package to take months to get there. Ships are slow.
An international label probably wouldn't work since it's not an international package to begin with.
