Ground advantage
I ordered an item August 3 was marked as shipped August 4th using usps ground advantage from Alabama package still hasnt arrived is anyone having issues with shipping? I contacted seller and he is going to the post office today to talk to the post master

OP2 years agoFunny I opened a claim and miracle I got a tracking number that said the package was shipped today so I think it was the seller trying to pull a fast one.

Bottom line: if the package was lost you have 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date to file a non-receipt claim. Ground Advantage is insured up to $100 so seller can recoup funds from USPS after they refund you. Hopefully it doesn't come to that and your package turns up.
Ground Advantage has experienced a lot of delays. From my own shipments it appears certain regions are moving smoothly and others are backed up. Hope USPS clears things up before holiday.

OP2 years agoThat's the issue the seller said he uploaded the tracking but it's not showing he is going to speak with them today to hopefully get the tracking number. I don't want to doubt him because he has been very helpful trying to figure out what is going on. He also has 100 percent feedback as a seller so idk I bought a 600 dollar watch and now I'm worried
