Global Shipping - stuck at Glendale Heights - what's the longest you've had and still go it?

I had someone post me some comics from the US to UK . It got to Glendale Heights on 5th April. It's now 21st April and no movement. Delivery window ends today.
I don't want a refund. Really want the items.
Is there anything you can do to get anyone to help you move things along or at least advise why it's so delayed? Obviously the longer it's delayed , the more you worry it's been lost or stolen from the hub.
What's the longest you've had an item stuck at the hub?
Did you get it in the end?

·2 years agoI've had an item sit there for +60 days once before continuing shipping. I guess those carriers to Germany are refusing freight...
