Glendale Heights Problem
Is it normal for domestic packages to also end up at the Glendale Heights location with an extended amount of waiting time until you receive your item?
Please let me know if anybody that ISN'T international shipping whom has had the same issue.

·5 months agoNo... and Glendale Heights isn't a sort facility AFAIK; it's a destination post office for international eBay shipments, as you know.
Are you seeing this happen more than once? It sounds like the package was just missorted. Assuming that is what happened, the Glendale Heights PO will eventually turn the package around and send it back to the destination sort facility, since its address obviously shows someplace else.
eIS is not going to accidentally put the package on a plane, as the package would have none of the identifying eIS codes in the address to indicate which country is supposed to receive it.

Due to the numerous snow storms (and now tornadoes) currently plaguing the Midwest, shipping delays are unavoidable.
Several of my domestic purchases have also been routed through Glendale Heights -- all have eventually been delivered to me.

OP5 months agoHello. It was just east coast to west coast. Not international. Just domestic. But still ended up there.
