Getting Ahold of a live chat

I paid for extra shipping (2 day ups air) and it did not get there - i CANNOT reach ebay to see where to go to get a refund of the exorbant shipping I paid - any suggestions

The live chats do not seem to work any more

Don't think you will get to first base with that. Was it UPS that was late or the seller shipped it late? There have been a lot of weather delays at airports. Most shippers only warranty oven night shipping, if they offer a warranty at all for delays.
