I have an unused shipping label. But I didn't receive the refund for this label. How can I get the refund?

·6 months agoGo to ORDERS, SHIPPING LABEL (click VOID LABEL). USPS takes about 3-4 weeks before they refund your money.

·6 months agoYou have 28 days to void the shipping label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Cancel in the menu next to the label.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.
