FYI, your non-urban packages are about to have an entire day of transit time added.
USPS's 'Delivering for America' changes are happening. An extra day is supposed to be added onto package transit times this month, for a majority of post office locations:

·1 year agoNot new for me. Been dealing with that setup for many months. The part that bites is that I would ship on Saturday and the item would not depart the PO until Monday. In the past by Monday, it would already have departed the "regional" facility.

·1 year agoNothing new, fantastic or newsworthy sadly here. It's a cheerleading pitch for a company that has been broken for over 4 decades & is where the rest of the US is sadly heading. USPS should be 3 delivery days a week & 3 processing days a week. Daily mail is unnecessary. Of course, they would be FAR better off selling off their parcel business for a second time. However, doing that comes with shuttering facilities & thinning the work force - two things US government refuses to do.

·1 year agoAn entire DAY?? That would be FANTASTIC! as right now, they are 7 to 14 calendar days to deliver to many areas.
That looks like a Google AI response.
If you ship and receive acceptance scan within your handling time why would any of that matter?

OP1 year agoBecause customers care about how long it takes to receive their purchases, and many of them think that transit times are somehow the seller's fault, of course.
Luckily, I haven’t had impatient customers, not in a long time.
