Free Shipping Not Showing On Mobile or Desktop
Hi!
Having issues trying to list certain items where I want to add free shipping. Before they made us create the shipping policies, I remember seeing it, but now there is no option that I can see where I can add free shipping. I'm just trying to do it for cds or dvds currently.
I even tried to create a new policy for free shipping and there was no option for me to select that I pay the fee as the seller. Doesn't have any pop ups or anything. So odd.
Anyone run into this issue and know how to resolve it?
