Free shipping
I’m keep trying to get my listings to have seller covers shipping but it never changes. I have tried numerous times without success. I just want it to be free shipping for the buyer. Any help is appreciated.

·1 week agoI guess the big question is, how are you trying to change Listings to Free Shipping? There are pretty obvious Check boxes for "Offer Free Shipping" below your first selected Shipping option that activates it. But if trying to do it in mass you would have to Bulk Edit many...or just Check that single box once in the respective Shipping Policy(s) if enrolled in Business Policies. There shouldn't be much of a delay doing it either way once you publish the change.

·1 week agoWhen you click "Free Shipping" which is underneath you the seller are automatically responsible for anything shipping charges. I would highly recommend due to the increase in shipping cost to stick with calculated shipping. Just so you know if it doesn't change from calculated shipping to free shipping then you might be blocked. Do you have an active offer or sent an offer out to a buyer? That would block you.

·1 week agoFirst , you know that Free Shipping means you have included your shipping costs in the asking price, right?
You need to choose Flat Rate shipping.
Then below where it says cost there should be a box to tick off for Free Shipping.
If there isn't , put your Flat Rate at $0.00.
