Fraud fedx in ebay
Summary: hro0148.hpdouvoo8 shared concerns about repeated issues with packages supposedly delivered via FedEx on eBay, claiming they don't receive the items despite tracking showing delivery. They mentioned losing money due to this and intended to contact the Better Business Bureau. bonanza125 suggested contacting the payment source for a reversal, but hro0148.hpdouvoo8 said the bank refused once the payment was completed. christworks advised hro0148.hpdouvoo8 to speak with someone else at the bank, as federal law requires a dispute process. They also suggested reporting the seller to eBay. christworks added that it might not be a FedEx issue, as they photograph deliveries.
I have been a buyer on ebay for 8 years .I have noticed a scam going on in ebay .if I buy an item and it is sent by usps ill get it ,but when I seller sends it by fedx ,I never get it .it also is supposedly delivered ,but its not ,and they give you a photo of some house ,and a package is setting there .and ebay sides with seller ,that it was delivered ,when it actually was not .so you loose your money to a scammer on ebay .im working with better business bureau about ebay now .nobody should loose money on ebay .you should get what you bought or give the money back to purchaser .

·3 weeks ago@hro0148.hpdouvoo8 This is not a FedEx issue. It is actually stupid for seller who plans to commit fraud to use FedEx since they now photograph regular package deliveries.

·3 weeks agoThe better business bureau will do nothing. What you need to do is contact your payment source and have a reverse charge. State you never received the item. Ebay only goes by tracking number provided and if stated delivered seller wins the case.

OP3 weeks agoI tryed that ,and my bank told me once payment is processed its over with ,cause they got your money .if its pending payment ,then you can get payment stopped .but how are you gonna know in advance that you aren't gonna get what you bought .anytime you buy on ebay ,it always takes at least a week to get your item .so your screwed there too .

·3 weeks ago · Edited@hro0148.hpdouvoo8 You need speak with someone else at your bank. Federal law requires any FDIC insured bank to have a dispute process. Ask someone else and if they cannot help you, ask to speak to a bank manager at the local branch.
They cannot deny you because a payment is no longer pending. Please come back and let us know what happens.
Edit to add: When you get things clarified with your bank, you will need to submit proof. The photo of the delivery is fine and perhaps a photo of your home that clearly shows the address. If you can get a letter from FedEx that states the address on the label was not your address, that will also help.

·3 weeks agoThen the only other thing you can do at this point is report the seller to Ebay. Ebay will not provide any information to you but they will at least have this seller on record.
