Filing a claim for Ebay economy shipping
Economy shipping..If the package is lost and you have to refund the buyer their money. How do I start the process getting the 20.00 insurance on it.

·6 months agoEconomy shipping is a delivery time estimate. Sellers can use any shipping service which meets that delivery estimate.

Which carrier and what carrier service do you speak of?
What sort of claim? Non delivery? Damaged shipment? Other?

·6 months agoWhatever carrier service you used if you want to file a claim you must do that through the carriers website. We need more details about the claim though.

·6 months agoSorry but that title really does not tell us much or give us much to work with. Like, what kind of claim? Lost package damaged or other? USPS, UPS, FedEx or other?

We're getting there…
On (date) I shipped an item with USPS.
It was shipped-
a) in a plain envelope with a stamp.
b) using USPS Ground advantage.
c) you tell us.
After it was shipped-
1) it was lost.
2) it arrived damaged.
The buyer contacted me and said …
I responded by saying/doing …
