i put attention to kyle because he has dealt with this issue previously. The issue i am having right now is with fedex. I shipped an item in a 2x6x9 box weighing 5 ounces. Now I am getting a charge from fedex about this item being adjusted to 37 pounds and now being billed over $45. This package is literally 4 plastic center caps for wheels. I don't normally use fedex for small items and usually don't pay attention to these notices. PLEASE BE WARNED EVERYONE!! Check your notifications from ebay about these cost adjustments because they do this and ebay will just charge you. I cannot get passed the prompts when calling fedex and the help here on ebay customer service is just as bad to navigate.
i am going to need help with this and i dont really have the confidence in either company right now
