FedEx lying about weight then charging extra
This is the second time in about 6 months that my account was charged extra because fedex added about 10 pounds to my package. Yesterday they charged me an additional $10 and claimed my 5 pound box was 14 pounds! It was in the original retail packaging with the weight printed on the box. The first time it happened I let it go even though I knew it was not true. But now I’m thinking fedex is scamming people

·2 years agoFedEx just did this to me too, on two packages. I have duplicates of the packages and can weigh them myself right here, one they added 30lbs! The other they added 8lbs!
