Hi, I recently sold an item. Went to my local FedEx office, they charged me for a box and sent it using the label I purchased through eBay. FedEx weighed it and it was the weight I stated. A week later I get a charge on my bank account for $286. FedEx somehow edited the weight of the item, saying it was many pounds heavier than what FedEx weighed themselves at the drop off. I was able to reach an eBay representative about this last month who told me that he filed a dispute with FedEx and I would have my money back my November 4, but that time came and went. Help please.
