FedEx drivers
So, I ordered something off eBay and it was almost a thousand dollars so it required a signature but I have ring cameras in the front and back and the FedEx driver just walked up dropped it on the front porch and walked off then not even 3 minutes later someone comes up and steals it and then the driver put on the paper that I signed for it. So, this is going on 2 months now I can’t seem to get my money back or the item that I ordered FedEx tells me i have to contact the seller and the seller barely responds eBay does a hole lot of nothing keeps telling you to talk to the seller and if nothing get ahold of them again. Then I finally emailed or messaged someone that said this is covered under the eBay some program then 3 days later emails me and says the seller said it was delivered case closed. **bleep** . So, then I emailed the seller and said I don’t know what kind of game your playing you don’t respond I finally reach someone that is going to do something about it and you tell them it’s been delivered. I’ve sent him all the video surveillance of FedEx driver not getting a signature and then someone stealing it he could have explained everything but no just it was delivered. Said I know it’s not important to you because it’s not your money. The seller wrote me back said he did have a claim in but now that I emailed him that he canceled it and he isn’t helping with anything good luck getting my money back and then when I told him I don’t want to leave bad reviews considering non of this is your fault and then he told me he doesn’t care if I leave him bad reviews eBay will just take them down. If this package wasn’t almost a thousand dollars I would just say screw it might have to anyway but I will never order anything from eBay again this hole situation is so crazy to me. Have a problem contact the seller that you already paid that has already received there money and could give a crap about any problem that you have. Who is the bright guy that came up with that idea. Sure there are some honorable people on there that will do the right thing and help but I bet there is a lot more I don’t want to use that kinda language but crappy people that could careless because they have been paid.

·1 year ago'going on 2 months'...refund can be done in 30 days upon date of delivery...not 30+ days...so it's not an eBay or seller issue.
It's a FedEx issue...unfortunately.
'FedEx driver not getting a signature'...then tell FedEx that.
Can't leave feedback after 60 days upon delivery and 'I don't want to leave bad reviews'...you are not allowed to threaten seller with bad feedback ...which is I guess is in your email(s) to seller now which eBay can read,
You should contact the FedEx service in your area.

·1 year agoIf you have video proof that FedEx didn't get a signature, then you should be covered by that alone. I would definitely take it up with FedEx and let them know the driver didn't get a signature on a very expensive package and someone stole it as soon as he left. And since the signature was required because the amount of the package was worse, they should pay for it.

·1 year agoYou need to report this to your local police and provide a copy of that video. If there's been theft in your area that video will help police investigations.
What was the item you purchased? Is it something that might have a serial number you can provide to the police?

Your problem is with FedEx for not doing their job.
Have you filed a police report?
Maybe you can file a claim with your home owners/renters insurance.

·1 year agoI think this is a Fedex & police issue unless the seller didn't purchase the signature required add on

·1 year agoReport the package theft to your local law enforcement; also see if FedEx can provide the signature for the person who signed for it. The seller isn't responsible once the package is scanned as delivered to the correct address.
