FedEx charged more for shipping label then buyer had to pay
Based on eBay shipping calculator for FedEx home delivery with correct DIM and weight (all Rounded up) buyer paid $17.45 for shipping but I was charged $26.35 to purchase the label, $8.90 more then what was collect. Is there any way to dispute this. Thank you

·8 months agoUse an actual FedEx account, pirate ship, shippo for labels. Same eBay discount. eBay will only appeal one label per lifetime of account they say now. They've gotten me on 60 items since November , most were incorrectly charged and up sized by UPS. I'm disputing over $700 on just 4 items.

·8 months agoDon't buy shipping through eBay, and you'll have more control and predictability, including an easier time disputing overcharges.

Was your package odd shaped like a round tube? USPS, UPS, and FedEx all have surcharges for non rectangular packages.

·8 months agoNo there really isn't. It comes down to weight and dimensions you type in. There has been many complaints about being charged extra for weight and dimensions being off by FedEx & UPS. Which is why I always recommend if you are printing labels out just use USPS.
