Extra shipping labels

Hello,I recently sold an item and printed a shipping label and was charged for two extra 15.71 each labels which I did not know until payout my printer was not receiving info and not printing so all I can figure is I pushed send 3 times and now I don't know how to get a refund I went into purchased labels and requested refund to no avail any suggestions would be appreciated thanks in advance!

You have 28 days to void the shipping label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the unused labels.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

Hey @kensgiftshop ! Update your copy/paste text - it hasn't been "void" in over a year - it's "cancel" now. ðŸ™‚
