Excluded Shipping Locations Change - I hope this is a glitch eBay!
Went to relist an item and when I got to the excluded shipping locations drop down a lot of my original options were gone. No longer was AK/HI an option or APO or territories? Why is this. Many items I sell I dont with the ship to these areas due to the high costs and I cover the shipping. Please tell me this is a glitch and not some "new great idea" someone with no selling experience in a backroom decided on.

OP5 months agoHere's my update. leave it to eBay to mess with something that wasn't broke and change it and make more work for your sellers.
I guess this is the push to get me away from free shipping and go to calculated shipping which in the long run I believe will cost more for my buyers and discourage sales.
It is in the setting somewhere. I talked with someone on the phone that actually knew what they were doing and walked me through it. I can't find it now but if you need help open and chat and request a call.
Basically, I now have options for small, medium, large and freight shipments and depending on what size it is the shipping exclusions are different.
What a pain in the ass.

·6 months agoFollowing. I just noticed this also, and I cover the shipping on 99% of the items I sell. If this is an actual change this will make me have to update 500 listings to add shipping.
