hate to tell you this but out of the 33 items that you have listed, 8 of them do NOT have Hawaii excluded from the listings allowing the sale to go through.
All I did was put in a Honolulu ZIP code in and 8 listings popped up as shipping available to Hawaii.
I have a feeling that the listing that was purchased did not have the Alaska/Hawaii excluded.
I don’t see Hawaii excluded on your recently ended listings. As others mentioned I’m not sure why you want to exclude Hawaii When you are using usps it will cost the same to ship from Cali to Hawaii as it would cost you to ship to New York.
The $4.99 thing? First- how are you selling and then shipping 'standard' for 'free' when, after fees and shipping label, will cost you MORE than $4.99?
Anyway, why would you 'exclude' Alaska/Hawaii unless you are shipping Fedex/UPS, which
a.) not sure why you would do that
b.) Hawaii cost you the same as shipping to NY.
Anyway, if it is that item which clearly excludes, maybe that is their 'address' but not the ship to address?
