Estimated shipping weight and dimensions can't be adjusted?
I've recently tried to list several items where eBay's estimates for shipping weight and dimensions were NOT based on "similar items." When I've tried to override the estimates with numbers reflecting reality – so as not to overcharge buyers – the new numbers I plug in revert back to the incorrect numbers as soon as I hit "Apply." I just talked to a customer service rep who told me NOT to hit the "Apply" button but just to hit the "List" item and check to make sure the weight and size numbers were shown properly when the listing appears. That seems backward: when you make changes anywhere else, the "Apply" option means "Apply changes," not "Don't Apply Changes." What am I missing, here?

Clear your cache and cookies.
Disable adblock.
Disable browser extensions.
Try on another browser.
Try on another computer.
