ESE not charging on label print?

As of Sunday all of my ESE label's are no longer charging when I print the label.
I called support and a couple of hours later the charges came through.

Now I've printed new labels for new orders and they new labels are not showing up in the transaction history, nor am I being charged for them again.

But the charges for the labels do show up in the individual order's pages.

Is this normal? Is anyone else having this issue? Should I be holding off on dropping off my items with USPS until the charges for the labels comes through?

My regular ground advantage labels show instantly after print in my transaction history.

Only my ESE labels don't.
