Enrolled in the eBay International Shipping program but buyer in Belgium cannot bid
I have a listing up right now for some Roblox figures, I have previously sold internationally from the US using the eBay International Shipping program. I have a guy that wants to bid but says the button is grayed out. I didn't do anything differently than I normally do and eBay help has been no help, I even did a live chat with someone who told me to add more shipping options than USPS. I added FedEx and UPS, but the guy in Belgium still couldn't bid.
He asked eBay and it said something about the item may be in an eBay Intl Shipping restricted category, I have them under action figures. I don't know why they would be restricted?
Has anyone run into this issue before? This is a first for me.
I'm out of ideas on what to do to help the guy, eBay isn't able to tell me what's wrong. It's frustrating for sure.

·11 months agoI don't know about Belgium, but the UK blocks most toys from being imported.
Something to check.

·11 months agoDue to recent changes in shipping as a result of tarriffs in the US, international buyers will most likely be unable to purchase goods from the US. And on the flip side, US buyers won’t be able to purchase items sold internationally.

OP11 months agoI just sold a Grand Theft Auto ski mask to someone in Switzerland, so up until now I haven't had any issues.
