Since you are paying for the shipping to the US Hub, doesn't matter WHAT $$ the buyer is paying. That's their problem.
You will know it's working when someone from another country buys it and you see on the label a strange series of numbers followed by 'shipping to Glendale Illinois (for most items)

Be sure to change back to the US.

The only way to test it out is by making a sale to another country.
I've been using it for years, without a hitch.
