EIS not working with my used (but cleaned) outboard motor parts

I read that eBay will not typically ship used auto parts internationally as it they might contain residues that are potentially flammable. My parts are all cleaned using ultrasonic cleaners and I often mention that in the listings.
is it just because these are listed in a motor parts category that I cannot use EIS?
I am enrolled in EIS but I’ve gone on eBay.uk and other overseas eBay sites, searched for my parts and they don’t show up despite my enroll rent status.
any thoughts? Ideas?

·1 month agoMy personal belief is it’s not EIS being the problem I think the beginning of the problem is in the algorithm. That it’ll hide your listings from perspective, buyers if it detects keywords of hazardous things like fuel, gas oil, etc.. and then after that, if it passes the algorithm, then eis inspections are the problem (but at that point if they don’t pass inspection it’s your problem because the part wasn’t cleaned very well. That’s at least my personal belief and then me being used Jetski Parts vendor. I used to sell quite a few larger items internationally and that’s dropped off significantly because of the weight restrictions going through EIS so I’m working on trying to modify those listings so I can still sell them internationally because I prefer international sales. I wish I could get some more cause I think I make more money that way than domestically.
On a sidenote, what are anybody’s thoughts on having the ability to have a space for really specifically items to do with automotive, Powersports, it sounds sexist, but things that would generally be “ guy stuff” if you would be shoot me a message and I would be super interested in connecting with other sellers to spitball back n forth.

My understanding is that the eIS program excludes eBay motor sales.
