I am also trying to reach this hub . I had a package sent to the wrong street so it was returned to the hub in Illinois and marked delivered. Iâ€™ve tried to get a refund but because the packaged is marked delivered eBay wonâ€™t help me. The item was paid for and I donâ€™t have it. In the very least it should be returned to the seller so they can resend it. If ebay gathers products and sells as undeliverable without attempting to return to the seller this canâ€™t be legal. Plus Iâ€™m out $200 with the cost of the item and the shipping.

YOu will need to be patient. Eventually, it will get a new shipping label with a new tracking #. Calling will not help since they have thousands of packages there.
