Economy shipping - parcel select ground & retail ground

Question

Hello there,I am wondering if those 2 choices actually work. A long while ago I chose one of them (cant remember which) and when I went to print out the label, it did not allow me to click it.I want to list something that weights over a pound. Priority shows up as $9.80 - 17.05.Economy USPS parcel select ground comes up as $7.13 - 10.85 (big difference)USPS Retail ground comes up at $9.60 - 15.00 (better but not as good as the above)anyways, I obviously prefer to pick one of those but I don't wa...

Retail Ground and Parcel Select Ground are basically the same service, both used to be known as Parcel Post.

You can't purchase a label through eBay for Retail Ground because it's a RETAIL service. It can only be purchased at the Post Office counter. Parcel Select Ground is the online equivalent of Retail Ground, that's why it costs less.
