ebay won't let me change my label payment method?

hi, trying to add paypal or a credit card to pay for labels so i can get points but even with it as my selling cost card it's just deducting from my funds with no option to select something else?

it won't let me choose an option of paypal, it just says it will take it from my funds

The option to choose how the label cost is paid should be at the bottom of the page when you purchase the label. Are you making sure to select PayPal there?
