Ebay USPS Scan Form won't scan?

Two days ago I decided to try using a scan form with my shipment. I printed the shipping labels through the Ebay bulk label option and then afterwards I generated a SCAN form and printed it out. When the USPS carrier tried to scan the SCAN form, it wouldn't accept it. He ended up having to scan all of the boxes one by one.

Has anyone else had this issue before and, if so, did you figure out a way to resolve it?

Hmm ... was his scanner on the right setting? I've never had an issue with a carrier scanning a SCAN form I generated through eBay.

I'd try it again and see if it works next time. Let us know what happens.
