eBay still has not updated the order status to “Delivered.”
Summary: tifanyvitage28 is concerned about eBay not updating the order status to "Delivered" despite the carrier's tracking showing successful delivery. They worry this may affect seller metrics and lead to issues like delayed payments or unjustified claims. They seek advice on how long eBay typically takes to update the status and whether a manual review or update can be requested from eBay Support.
Hi everyone,
I have several orders that were successfully delivered according to the carrier’s official tracking information. However, eBay still has not updated the order status to “Delivered.”
The tracking numbers were uploaded correctly, and the carrier’s website clearly confirms delivery. Has anyone experienced this issue before?
How long does it normally take for eBay to sync the delivery status? Is there any way to request a manual review or update from eBay Support?
I’m concerned that the incorrect status may affect my seller metrics, payment release, or create unnecessary “item not received” cases.
Thank you for any advice!

If any of those items were shipped using the eBay Standard Envelope (ESE), the "Delivered" notation does not mean that the ESE was delivered to the buyer's residence -- the "Delivered" status only means that the ESE has been received at the post office matching the ZIP Code of the recipient address on the envelope.
For ESEs to actually be delivered to the buyer's residence address, it takes a few days extra.
If your issue is with a different USPS format, please indicate which ones.
