eBay Standard Envelope purchased - can't access label - technical issues
I use eBay Standard Envelope all the time. Just now when I went to purchase and print a label, it allowed me to purchase the label, but when I went to print it, I got an error message saying "eBay is experiencing technical issues." There is an ESUS tracking number established, so I went to my labels and tried to download it from there and received the same error message. I called customer service, but of course, they were no help. They said they were getting the same error message on their end but had no resolution for the issue. Has anyone experienced something like this before? And is this a current ongoing issue for anyone else?

Please be aware that eBay Standard Envelope and eBay International Standard Delivery and eBay Standard Shipping powered by USPS are experiencing issues at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience and if affected, ask that you try again later.
It's usually a connection issue when things like this happen that only affect the eBay labels. Just wait until it's fixed. the label will still be available. You don't need to meet acceptance scan time frames with ESE so as long as it's fixed in the next day so you should still be good on meeting EDD.
