I want to create a label but the option is grayed out.
I have entered 1 oz with Dimensions 6x4x 0.1 inch
Any suggestions why eBay standard envelope isn't selecatable?

Your bigfoot keychain @the-metal-peddler does not qualify for ESE. Looks like you already revised the listing to Ground Adv so hopefully you won't face this problem again.

OP1 year agoThanks! I just realized a few minutues ago. On Etsy they don't seem to have the same rule so I didn't think about it.

·1 year agoCheck the address - does it have anything other than United States in the "country" field?
If the buyer is in Puerto Rico and entered Puerto Rico in the country field, the only way to buy an ESE label is to cancel the transaction (problem with address) and have the buyer re-order, but this time change their address to enter PR in the state field and United States in the country field.
