If you see multiple labels for the same transaction, it's because you accidentally purchased multiple labels for the same transaction. If you're only seeing a single label for the transaction then you should not have been billed twice.
If you purchased an extra eBay Standard Envelope label in error, you're stuck with the expense. ESE labels are essentially the equivalent of a postage stamp and they cannot be cancelled.
For regular USPS postage, you can cancel the second accidental charge. Not sure if that applies to the ebay standard envelope. Look on the page that shows the mailing information and see if there is an option to cancel postage. Then make sure you cancel the postage that you don't use. Good luck.
To cancel one of the postage: Click ORDER DETAILS, then click GET ANOTHER LABEL, then click MANAGE SHIPPING LABELS, then click ACTIONS, then click CANCEL LABEL.
I suspect @parro-ro's issue is a matter of misinterpreting the way eSE is billed since you are not charged until several days after purchase. More info than a single run on word is needed to properly diagnose the problem though.
Too bad they won't buy back postage, I have a ton of 3 and 5 cent stamps I'm working on using. Not worth much, but I'm not one to just throw something away.

Wow….spaces between words would be helpful. You may have clicked purchase more than once. Try canceling the unused label.

At the space bar, of course.

·8 months agoMakes sense since the tracking number for ESE is not accessible by most of the USPS systems. USPS will not buy back unused stamps either.
