Ebay shows my item will arrive in 2 to 4 days
In my sales listings eBay shows in green type that my item will arrive to the buyers destination in 2 to 4 days. How is it that eBay can make that claim when my last three shipments have taken 7 to 10 days. How can I have that removed or get eBay to stop posting that on my listings? 90% of all other listings and night category do not show the same.

·1 month agoI’m having the same issue I even picked companies that say they’re from United States however, after purchase it shows that they’re from China or Taiwan or Korea. You need to crack down on this or I’m just gonna go to Amazon from now on.

·6 months agoThe EDD you see on your own listings is if you shipped the item to your zip code. 2-4 days is accurate if you have 1 day handling. Your buyers will see an EDD based on their location. EDD is based on a combination of USPS's expected delivery time and a sellers average shipping time.

·6 months agoThe dates you are seeing is if the item was shipped to your zip code.
Change your zip code and you'll see different dates.

Im not sure what's hard to understand that the estimation is dynamic based on the viewers zip code.
Your items show me they will arrive by the 21st..

OP6 months agoOkay I see what you're saying now and what I've done is changed the item location ZIP code to Brighton Massachusetts 02135 and it removes the green "arrives in 2 to 4 days" from my listing. Now it shows that the item location is in Brighton Massachusetts, LOL. Let's see how that works out.

·6 months ago@snoopdad40 you do NOT change the 'item location' as that is where you are shipping it from which would NOT change.
The buyers address would change.

·6 months agoYou ship in one business day...
eBay does periodically change the 'estimated date of arrival' after item has been paid and is in transit...on the item sold...so I wouldn't worry.
The trick for you is getting tracking on that one business day shipping.
I do 3-5 business days for shipping...but sometimes ship on same day payment received.
I don't see a shipping source...so a seller can mark an item shipped and later add tracking...that's works for me since I don't use eBay shipping labels.
And most buyers love the early arrival of item since I state 3-5 business days...per my feedbacks.
