We have lost track ....we believe it's going on 2 months of not being able to print. Does anybody know why this is happening????

My guess would be you have internal problems, not an Ebay problem. This issue lasting as long as it has for you really suggests it is on your end.

·2 years agoAs mentioned above @miviewmagicmaker , things went a bit wonky today with eBay changes creating some chaos with shipping labels. You probably generated a QR code instead of a printable label due to this site glitch.
I'm providing info on both reprinting and voiding labels so sellers can take the appropriate steps to get their shipping sorted.
To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.
To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

Have seen posts that an eBay change has caused QR code to be defaulted rather than print label.
One said took several clicks to get "print" to stick as the choice.
You may want to check to see if that happened to you.

OP2 years agoSo there is no way now I can ship to these people, I do not want to void the labels, I want to reprint as they are not woriking. I do not have the scan code, just PRINT, guess I need to refund all the buyers, drat, what a mess. Guess it will not be fixed anytime soon, so will just unlist everything, do not want to use another shipper at this time, thanks.

·2 years agoI had this happen this morning, it defaulted to QR code, but I was able to print it as well, but not on my regular label printer because it was not formatted for my labels. I printed it on plain paper and trimmed it and stuck it in a customs transparent envelope. It can also be taped to the parcel.
