eBay shipping label purchaed, item shipped - eBay says NOT and I'm LATE?
I purchased an eBay label on March 21st. Today (March 234d) I see that eBay did not record that purchase -- I had to add it manually. But now, I will be dined for late shipping!!!!
The purchase is in my SHIPPING LABELS but the item status was never changed by eBay.

Similar...(1 item of a combined order did not populate)
I caught it the next day when it was still in my "Awaiting Shipment"
I went to manually add the tracking number, and it was already populated in the popup (shaded out, but it was there)
I hit submit anyway, without doing anything, and the item shifted to my paid & shipped with the rest of them.
Now, this was only 24 hours or so, but it was outside of my "same day shipping" and I was not dinged for it.

·3 years agoSo the item is still under your items 'Awaiting Shipment'? If so, use the drop down arrow next to the order to select 'Mark as shipped' from the menu. Refresh and see if that fixes it. If not, wait for other posters.

·3 years agoNo you shouldn’t be dinged your package is in transit. eBay’s tracking just hasn’t met up with the information from USPS. I went straight to USPS.com
