eBay reps say can't combine international shipments. WRONG! I have a combined order
eBay reps (phone, ask a mentor, and report tech issues) say can't combine international shipments. WRONG! I have a combined international order in front of me. What did my customer do to get a combined order?

Here's some info on eIS combined shipping:
If a buyer purchases multiple items from you, the order will automatically be combined if it's eligible for combined shipping. There are several reasons why shipping can't be combined when sending items through eBay International Shipping. For example, combined shipping won’t be applied if:
If the buyer is paying import charges at checkout for some items and paying import charges on delivery for other items in the same order, the shipping won’t be combined.
There's also some good info in Seller Center - expand the FAQs at the bottom of this page:

·11 months agoInitially with the start-up of eIS there was NO combining.
As I understand it some eIS purchases can be "combined' and some cannot.
Maybe they have progressed beyond even that point.

·11 months ago1.) seller (YOU) have to 'allow' combined
2.) Buyer needs to put things in their 'cart' and NOT pay until they are done shopping.

·11 months agoI read months ago that they were going to 'fix it' so combined can be done when using EIS. Also noted that you are not doing 'auctions' so I also believe 'Buy It Now' listings have been able to be combined for quite some time.

OP11 months agoWhat steps did my customer make to be able to combine? I would like to share with other buyers.
Your buyer added items to their cart and paid for all at one time. Some buyers know they can pay for all of their items together while others chose to buy one at a time.
