ebay Postage label credit?

I sold a set of running boards and ebay gave me a postal label but the local UPSP office would not accept the package. I shipped it using freight. Can I get credit for the postal label that ebay has charged against my account? It has not been used or scanned by USPS.

I'm curious how you listed the shipping size and dimension in order to print out a label, but then have it not accepted at the post office.

Refunds can take from 20-30 days to appear and you will not get any notice that a refund has been issued, so do look for it

Did USPS scan the label? If yes, no refund will occur even if they handed the box back to you. It counts as use.

Unused postal labels are usually credited back to the seller, but it takes awhile.

I would assume that was just a simple mistake. UPSP = USPS. Or, could mean UPS.

Yes. Go to Seller Hub, Orders, Shipping Labels, then find the label that you didn't use, click on the "actions" dropdown and select "cancel label".
