eBay Making Seller Give Refunds Because of Slow/Incompetent USPS
Twice in the last month, eBay has sent me threatening emails, saying the buyer did not receive the the item and they were freezing my funds until I make a refund. The last time, the seller was thousands of miles away and complained after only four days, but eBay said they were freezing my funds until I made a refund. The guy got the item a couple days later, but eBay screwed me over to make the buyer happy to get something for free. They did the same thing a month ago, made me give a refund and the buyer got the item a few days later. eBay really, really sucks for sellers. Here is the particulars of the last item that eBay blackmailed me to give a refund on: Posted through eBay, Item #235630628816

eBay does not freeze your account for something like this.
The refund will come out of 'available funds' or your banking account on file...If you do nothing eBay will try to get those refunds...if you don't have sales everyday.
"slow/incompetent USPS"....using an eBay shipping label that can happen....walking into a post office and shipping an item in person and giving it to a clerk is a different story....I assume you used a eBay shipping label.

·2 years agoAre you responding to the INR cases and uploading the tracking numbers to the INR?
If tracking shows recent movement, they'll put the case on hold for a few days to see if it gets delivered.
If the items are showing as delivered or even in transit you should be copying and pasting the tracking numbers into the cases.
If the tracking shows delivery ...you win!
If the tracking shows still in transit... the case gets extended.
From the sound of your post you didn't put tracking into the INR case.
